Avigail is an in-network provider for the following insurance companies: Aetna US Healthcare-WA CAM Healthways WholeHealth Practitioners CIGNA Health Care First Choice Health Administrators Premera Blue Cross Reliant Secure Horizons Uniform Medical Plan -Cov PIP/Auto Injury If your insurance does not cover acupuncture, payment is due at the time of visit. A discount is offered at the time of service. The time of service discount is $125 for the first office call and $75 for return visits. 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations and rescheduling. A $50 fee is charged for late cancellations and no-shows. Method of payments accepted: Visa, Discovery, Mastercard, debit cards, cash and check.
